Please submit a request using the form link below.

  • Required: the email address you used to sign in (Google/Apple).
  • Required: platform (Android or iOS).
  • Optional: reason or extra notes.

What data will be deleted

After verifying your request, we will delete your account and associated data, including:

  • Authentication account (Firebase Auth sign-in).
  • Wallet data stored under your user record (e.g., wallet transactions).
  • Support/feedback submissions you sent from inside the app.
  • App usage stats linked to your account (e.g., app opens history stored for signed-in users).

If you reinstall the app later and sign in again, it will be treated as a new account.
